工作與實踐

2010 年獲復旦大學博士學位,同年加入新加坡國立大學電子與計算機工程系從事博士後研究, 研究方向延伸為自旋電子學器件的設計、製備、表征及套用方面。2015年11月聘為同濟大學“領航計畫”特聘研究員。
在博士生與博後科研期間,共發表SCI 論文40餘篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials, Physical Review X, Nano Letters、Scientific Reports 等。同時申請了關於自旋軌道矩(Spin Orbit Torque)器件,磁控濺射技術和基於石墨烯的Terahertz 器件的4 項國際專利。

主講課程

  1. 自旋電子學微納米器件製備與研究目前課題組在自旋電子學領域具有深厚的研究基礎。研究內容主要包括: 自旋軌道矩的機理和調控,Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya相互作用,Skyrmion,磁性隧道結,巨磁電阻,交換偏置等。
  2. 新型功能材料探索新型材料,諸如拓撲絕緣體,MoS2,複雜氧化物等,以及其在自旋電子學中的套用。拓展新的功能,例如柔性、可穿戴式器件等
