上海英國學校浦東校區是一所開辦於2002年的國際學校，同時也是上海資歷最長的國際學校之一。上海英國學校在浦東浦西各有一個校區。
上海英國學校浦東校區的學制完全按照英國本國的教學體制（一年級入學，十三年級畢業），學生將在十年級及十一年級間學習並參加IGCSE考試。除此之外，浦東及浦西校區都為十二年級及十三年級學生提供IB課程的教學及考試。
The British International School Shanghai is an international school in Shanghai, China. There are two campuses, the original Pudong Campus opened in 2002, and the Puxi Campus, opened in 2005.
Academics are based on the National Curriculum of England and the General Certificate of Secondary Education. The school's Pudong and Puxi campuses both offer the IB Diploma Programme at post 16.

英國Nord Anglia教育集團於2002年9月10日建立上海英國學校浦東校區。Nord Anglia在全球共有31所國際學校，遍布於亞洲，歐洲，中東及美洲。全球共有超過17000名學生。
The school was founded in 2002 by Nord Anglia Education of England. Nord Anglia Education operates31 international schools worldwide in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and America. These independent international schools teach over 17,000 pupils worldwide.
校園地理位置
多年來，上海英國學校浦東校區一直致力於為學生提供更加良好的學習及生活環境。在2002年建校時，這裡只是一個擁有50名學生的小型國際學校。經過多年的快速發展，在2004年時，上海英國學校浦東校區新建成一座獨立的健身館，餐廳和一幢三層教學樓已滿足日常需求。在2007年，由於新一輪的擴張，上海英國學校浦東校區又為高年級學生建成一幢設施齊全的三層教學樓，劇院， 游泳池及體操館。2013年，學校在原有的校區上進行改建，新建的人行天橋將各個教學樓連線成一個整體。新一輪的新建和改建將在不遠的未來實施。上海英國學校浦東校區仍將繼續努力為學生提供更加優良的設施及更好的教學體驗。
The school started in 2002, with a small campus building and 50 pupils. The school grew rapidly, necessitating the construction of a 3 storey facility with bespoke gym and catering facilities in 2004. In 2007, further expansion saw the construction of two more 3 storey buildings for secondary students, a theatre, swimming pool and Dojo.
In 2013, further work was completed on the campus, creating new conceptual classroom spaces and a ‘Skywalk’, a bridge to connect two buildings. Further expansion is expected to happen within the next few years.

特色活動
在藝術課程中，我們提供樂隊表演培訓，管弦樂學習，爵士樂學習，舞蹈課程及戲劇表演。從Middle School直至Senior School，所有的學生都會參與到我們一年一度的藝術節當中來。低年級小朋友，在聖誕節和復活節也會參加一系列學校慶典活動中來。
“模擬聯合國”是學校另外一項很有特色的課外活動，學生們將在每一個夏天前往紐約參加這項活動。
Among the activities offered at the school are band, orchestra, jazz band, choir, dance and drama. There is one major theatre production per year and includes students from Middle School to Senior School and is usually held at the end of the calendar year. There are miniature productions throughout the year for other phases at the school, usually at Christmas and Easter time.
The Model United Nations is an important program that takes place at the school. Students take part in the MUN annual trip to the United Nations in New York every summer.

In early 2014, a group of students travelled to Tanzania to a Nord Anglia Education charity project school to help teach. The schools (Pudong and Puxi) are the only in Shanghai to offer this.

The British International School Shanghai is accredited to offer the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGSCE).
上海英國學校是官方認證的IB認證考試及IGCSE考試考點。除此之外，上海英國學校還是ABRSM考試，HSK考試及YCT考試的官方考點。
社團活動
我們的社團熱烈歡迎一切友好人士加入。他們為新學生及家長提供經驗和幫助，使得他們更加快速的適應和融入上海的生活。他們還有一個重要的職責是籌集善款去幫助那些需要幫助的人。社團同時也為我們的中國春節活動，露營，親子活動，篝火晚會及聖誕慶典提供很多的幫助和支持。
The community group are a collection of volunteers who focus on running events and welcoming new parents to the school. A key part of their role is to fundraise money for local charities. The community group help to run events such as the Summer Festival, Dads & Lads Camping, Daddy Daughter Dance, Bonfire Night and Christmas Fair.

As a result of close links with the Shanghai community, the school often receives special guests. Previous visitors have included Tom Daley, Qiu Bo, Sarah Brennan, Flawless and Henry Evans. The school holds an annual Summer School for 4 weeks which is open to the Shanghai Community. Activities include academic studies and creative workshops.
