另外要說的是，《Teenage Life》這首歌也是Daz與他的長期合作者John Matthews一起寫的，06年3月Daz攜此曲代表英國參加歐洲電視網歌唱大賽，這也是英國第一次選派RAP作品參賽，而此前能夠將歐洲電視網大賽的王冠帶回英國也是Daz的最大願望，但是未能如願，比賽結果公布後，與Daz共同赴賽的負責合聲及伴舞的幾位女生紛紛落淚，Daz的失望與難過溢於言表，此曲還有兩個remix版本，Daz的最大野心是把歐洲電視台官方主頁給英國。他最大的夢想是把歐洲歌唱大賽的冠軍獎盃帶到英國，他派出了他的《Teenage life》出征在希臘舉行的Eurovision Songs 2006，但是最後這個英國人失敗了，當晚36%的電話投票，其中45%的網際網路也不能挽救他，冠軍被芬蘭人奪走。雖然沒有拿到冠軍，但他開創了rap歌手代表英國參賽ESC的先河。
《Teenage Life》這首歌開頭的童聲超級可愛，宛如天籟。這首歌要表達是：一個過來人對學校老師們老生常談的、泯滅孩子天性的教學方法及分數掛帥的學校教學模式對學生的摧殘進行嘲諷與批評。
