Lividio是個混成詞，“Liv”來自“Liu”，“-idio”是一個假的拉丁語詞，從“-idio 獨特的”而來。
進入二十一世紀，Lividio設計院加快改革發展的步伐。不僅完善了以建築為龍頭的、包括規劃、結構、機電等配套齊全的業務領域，人員層次不斷向高端發展。至 2004 年年初，員工總人數 60 餘人，其中大學本科及以上人員占 100% ，目前擁有教授級及高級建築師 / 工程師 20 名，一級註冊建築師、一級註冊結構工程師 16 余名。實現了經濟效益的跨越式發展.
