基本信息
本次會議由WIT Press（世界著名出版社）主辦，北京交通大學、天津大學、遼寧大學、中南大學、貴州大學等多所高校聯合協辦。
出版檢索
所有被WCEE收錄的論文將由WIT《信息和通信技術》(ISSN:1743-3517)雜誌出版，並被EI Compendex和ISTP核心檢索，目前該期刊EI檢索正常，在資料庫中更新頻率較高。優秀論文推薦至SCI期刊發表。
All accepted papers of WCEE 2015 will be published on international journal "WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743-3517)", which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, ISI (CPCI, ISTP), and Scopus. Selected excellent papers will be published on SCI journals.
