本單元主題為動物，該課程通過創設動物園真實場景進行語言目標的教學，通過設計解救動物的過關操練的任務型教學來進行知識點的鞏固與練習。讓學生在體驗中認識我們平時生活中的常見動物，鍛鍊學生的觀察認知能力，滿足其好奇心和求知慾，培養愛護動物的意識。
設計思路
Step One: Lead-in 1. Create a situation.let’s go to the zoo. Step Two: Presentation 1. Walk into the zoo First, what’s this? It’s a cat. Then, according to the sounds to identify cat and dog. 2. Visit the zoo Learn the animals in usual dialogue by visiting the zoo. 3. Look back the experience we have visited the zoo. Do you remember what are they? Step Three: Practice 1. Sing a song 2. Save the animals Choose an animal you like and then finish the task to save the animal, such as read and draw, try to guess, listen and sing, pair work, make a dialogue. Step Four: Extension 1. Enjoy more animals to expand students’ horizon. 2. Emotional education: Animals are our friends.We should protect animals! Step Five: Conclusion and Goodbye
