《The Clouds In Camarillo》收錄在獨立樂團Brazzaville第7張專輯《21st Century Girl》中，卡馬里奧是美國加利佛利亞州的一個城市，在距離卡馬里奧3公里的地方有一個卡馬里奧州立精神病院，裡面有一些患有精神分裂症之類的病人。根據目擊者的敘述，在1936到1996年之間醫院因為實驗（嘗試治療精神病）死了大量的病人，而Brazzaville的主唱David Brown的媽媽就死在這所醫院。這首歌的歌詞就是他媽媽寫給他的一封信進行詩歌化處理的結果。
