Teen Plus, as the first culture club dedicated to university students in China,features four uniquenesses. Established by Devyn, the executive principal of Eagler, and American-born-Chinese Raymond Wu, Teen Plus serves as a platform of knowledge by introducing Club Culture originated in the UK to China,in a spirit of freedom, equality and independence, hoping to make it possible that lifelong education is based upon four pillars: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together and learning to be, which was advocated by the UNESCO.
1.International. English is the working language in Teen Plus due to the half-and-half ratio of Chinese to western members .
2.Variety. A wide range of social activities will be available once a week to enrich campus life of its members , such as theme parties, dialogue with presidents of colleges, interview with CEO of multinational corporations and culture festival.
3.Elite. A high level of oral proficiency in English is required for membership.
4.Academic. Here is a platform of communication, an opportunity of experience, a source of information and a dreamland of self-fulfillment.

How to Join
All individuals applying for its membership must complete the required application form. Priority will be given to those candidates recommended by existing members .
Applicants for Membership are requested to fulfill the following qualifications:
1. Fluency in spoken English.
2. Educated with great morality and holding a good social relationship.
3.Consented with the Rules and Regulations of Teen Plus.
4.Membership fee. It is used for the regular operational and administrative expenditures.
