Ms. Fang Xu is currently serving several capacities at TCL Corporation including Vice President, Human Resource Director, Dean of TCL Institute of Leadership Development. Ms. Xu is also a Non-Executive Director of TCL Communication Technology Holdings Limited (listed company).
Before joining TCL Corporation. Ms. Xu served different roles in state-own enterprise, foreign-own enterprise, and government office including Human Resource Manager and the Deputy Managing Director. Ms. Xu is well experienced in administration, human resource management and investment management. Ms. Xu obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology in 2000; and was certificated by The International Coaching Federation for conducting its Management Coaching Course.
