周銳，1953年生，中國作家協會會員、上海作家協會理事，上海人民美術出版社編輯。著有《幽默聊齋》《元首有五個翻譯》《蚊子叮蚊子》《哼哈二將》《書包里的老師》《中國兔子德國草》《大個子老鼠小個子貓》《戲台上的蟒蛇》等作品。曾獲第四、五屆宋慶齡兒童文學獎、新時期優秀少年文藝讀物一等獎、台灣第二屆楊喚兒童文學獎、第六屆夏衍電影文學獎等獎項。
