1981年的首張個人專輯『Bella Donna』邀請超過二十組大牌音樂人助陣，展現創作才華，Stevie Nicks的沙啞嗓音，可以詮釋『Stop Draggin' My Heart Around』(流行單曲榜季軍和主流搖滾榜亞軍)的搖滾作品，也可以是『After the Glitter Fades』迷人抒情單曲，與老鷹合唱團(The Eagles)主唱唐亨利(Don Henley)合唱的『Leather And Lace』則登上流行單曲榜Top6，Stevie Nicks首唱相當成功，拿下美國、澳洲金榜冠軍、加拿大亞軍及五百萬張的佳績。
1983年的『The Wild Heart』專輯拿下Top5，1985年，『Rock A Little』雖僅賣出百萬張(美國Top12、加拿大Top8)，卻創造『I Can't Wait(流行單曲榜Top4和主流搖滾榜冠軍)』與『Talk To Me(流行單曲榜Top16)』兩首名曲，
1989年發行的『The Other Side of the Mirror』登上英國金榜季軍(美國Top10)，成為Stevie Nicks登上英國排行的最佳名次，
1991年以精選『Timespace - The Best of Stevie Nicks』總結十年個唱生涯，1992年至1996年，Stevie Nicks短暫離開佛利伍麥克(Fleetwood Mac)，1997年，『Rumours』專輯屆滿二十周年，五位團員應MTV邀請演出不插電演唱會，推出『The Dance』現場專輯。整個九十年代Stevie Nicks盡推出『Street Angel(1994年)』和『Trouble in Shangri-La(2001年)』兩張專輯。
2001年，華納公司改編1968年同名電影『Sweet November(甜蜜的十一月)』，由基努李維(Keanu Reeves)與莎莉賽隆(Charlize Theron)主演，基努李維飾演專注於廣告行銷的工作狂Nelson Moss，感型生活卻一片空白，莎莉賽隆飾演擁有漂亮外型、風采迷人及直率大膽個性的Sara Deever，為了改變尼爾森乏味的生活，莎拉提出建議，要求兩人同住一個月，這一個月里，他必須完全依照莎拉的生活方式來過日子，不過期限一到就立刻分開。只是時間將至兩人卻陷入情網，尼爾森終於明白如何快樂生活，此時莎拉明白自己罹患重症，無法給對方作出承諾便要求分開，她不希望對方瞧見她憔悴的面容，希望對方永遠記得美麗的邂逅時光。Stevie Nicks為該部電影原聲帶獻唱『Touched by an Angel』，歌詞寫出兩人在多年後相遇的情境，是如此熟悉，卻又是如此不可思議。
