"Stephanie Says"是搖滾樂先驅The Velvet Underground在1968年錄製的一首輕柔舒緩的民謠。儘管這首歌很早就為人所熟悉，但直到1985年，他們的未發表作品合集《VU》才第一次將這首歌收錄進來。這首歌清晰反映了The Velvet Underground在1968年前後由一支嘈雜的前朋克風格轉型為迷幻民謠風格的創作背景，據說靈感來源於樂隊當時的經紀人Steven Sesnick（"Stephanie"是"Steven"的女性名字）。在1973年，Lou Reed將歌詞改編，改名為“Caroline Says”收錄進專輯《Berlin》中。
這首歌也是The Velvet Underground被人翻唱最多的歌曲之一。Sonic Youth吉他手Lee Ranaldo、法國女歌手Keren Ann和Barði Jóhannson組成的樂隊Lady & Bird、Emiliana Torrini等人都翻唱過此歌。
