1963年8月23日發行單曲 － The Beatles的第四張單曲，推出5天後上升至流行榜第2 位，9月4日升至第1位並停留了4個星期，退下來後7星期的11月20日又再重上第1位置兩個星期，到年底單曲在英國已買出了130萬張，是1963年最佳銷量單曲。直至1978年保羅和羽翼樂隊的《Mull of Kintyre》之前，《She Loves You》保持全英國最高銷量單曲的紀錄。
美國
因之前的兩張單曲都出師不利，不只Capitol拒絕在美國發行此單曲，甚至連Vee Jee亦對之不肖一顧。Brian最後找到細公司廠牌天鵝唱片(Swan)來為他們在美國這邊發行此單曲。
單曲於1963年9月16日發行，沒有馬上流行起來，但當《I Want to Hold Your Hand》在美國引發起「披頭狂熱」後，銷量馬上突增，並於1964年2月1日打進40大，很快就爬升至第一位停留了兩個星期，在40大總共停留了14個星期。
“She Loves You” 榮登流行曲榜首那個星期，披頭四共有五首歌進占流行榜20大，除了 “SHe Loves You” 外，其它四首是 “I Want ToHold Your Hand” (第2位)、“Please Please Me” (第3位)、“Twist and Shout” (第7位)、和 “I Saw Her Standing There” (第14位)。
