描述
SCP-CN-1802是一類紙質書信和電子郵件，最初被發現於1995年。主要特徵如下：
- 以英文寫就，極少數夾雜漢語拼音，寫作水平參差不齊。絕大部分有三個段落，單詞量在100左右。紙質書信的書寫特徵不盡相同，值得注意的是部分書信的書寫灶灑設力求工整而不遵循通常的英文字母書寫規範。
- 內容主要為邀請收信人參加一些活動、要求收信人提供一些建議、提供收信人一些建議、呼籲人們愛護自然或放下手機等。邀請、建議等均基於現實，署名均為“LiHua”。
- 有時信件中名為“LiHua”的疊影個體會進行自我介紹。其通常自稱來自中國，是一名高中生，有時自稱是學生會主席或班長。部分個體聲稱來自於某些未發現具體存在的學校，如“HongXing High School（因為個體聲稱來自中國，這應為譯名。原名可能為“紅星中學”）”。信件從未透露個體的性別，但對書信的字跡分析發現存閥重充灶在兩類書寫習慣分別與男性和女性相似的個體。
- 通常收信人以盛堡趨英語為母語，主要為英文報社編輯、在校生、學校負責人或在中國工作的其他國籍英語教師，有少部分為人事經理或其它組織的負責人。
包括聯合國與基金會在內的一系列試圖改善人類生存現狀的組織絕大部分曾收到SCP-CN-1802，其內容大部分為呼籲該組織在該組織正在致力於的方面積極作為。收信人大多表示不認識署名並通常認為其提供的建議無用且低幼。 SCP-CN-1802中有時包含某些機密，推測其署名“LiHua”煮射戶趨代表一類擁有異常的信息獲取能力多匪擔的個體。目前對SCP-CN-1802來源的追蹤均告失敗。
