Jenna Shaw, a single working mother, wakes up at home to discover she's delivered a stillborn baby girl. Is the child a victim of a cunning prenatal nurse who no one remembers seeing or is she the victim of her mother's own fractured psyche? When the police begin to suspect that Jenna murdered her newborn to protect her burgeoning career, she is forced to go on the run.
