人物生平

1997年，the Fish of Death唱片公司獨立發行了Jude的首張專輯430 N. Harper Ave ，其中作品《Madonna》引起了 Maverick唱片公司的注意，Jude與該公司簽署並發行了他的第二張專輯No One Is Really Beautiful,其中包含部分首張專輯重錄的曲目。Jude曾在全美選擇站擁有一個短暫的無線電時段，播放專輯No One Is Really Beautiful中的兩首曲目"I'm Sorry Now"（33名 Billboard 成人音樂Top40）和"Rick James"(29名 Billboard 成人音樂Top40, 28名 Billboard現代搖滾榜).

他的後續專輯，King of Yesterday，似乎是一種在經典和藝術家標籤中的掙扎，並悄然地在2001年9月11日發行，其中收錄他翻唱Bread樂隊的《Everything I Own》。不久後，Jude與Maverick唱片公司分道揚鑣，隨後獨立發行了他其他專輯。（Sarah 於 2004年發行，Redemption 於2006年發行），當專輯Sarah在CDbaby線上音樂商店發行時，它連續一個月占據音樂榜單第一名，並創造了CDbaby歷史上的最高銷售記錄。
