人物經歷
Max D. Cooper，1933年8月出生於美國密西西比州，畢業於密西西比大學與杜蘭大學醫學院，現為美國埃默里大學病理學教授，因發現T細胞與B細胞而聞名，曾於2000年獲得美國免疫學家協會終身成就獎，2010年獲得羅伯特·科赫獎，2017年被選為英國皇家學會外籍會士，2018年獲得日本國際獎。
2019年9月10日，Max D. Cooper與澳大利亞生物學家Jacques Miller獲得拉斯克基礎醫學研究獎。
