sibel 多才多藝卻又獨一無二、可以超越你稱之為時間的概念。她作為一名非常出色的歌手，1987年12月12日出生在馬其頓，早年在瑞典生活。分別在9歲和14歲的時候接受鋼琴和聲樂方面的訓練，但事實上，她從會說話開始起，就學會了唱歌。她對音樂的興趣始於初等學校時期，她待的那所學校恰好以音樂教學見長。她在高中時期繼續了音樂學習，在2005年她17歲的時候，她報名參加了瑞典的流行偶像電視秀並取得了第三名。現在她交出了自己的第一張大碟。 憑著自己的單曲 That is Where I'll Go，Redzep參加了2008年的“Melodifestivalen[1.]”在最後的半決賽的時候，她已經成為欽定的決賽選手，也理所當然的進入了最終決賽。被賦予了代表瑞典參加在塞爾維亞的貝爾格勒市舉行的 Eurovision Song Contest 2008 的她，可惜沒有取得冠軍。
