一位令人扼腕嘆息的歌手.
從四歲開始唱歌，十歲就小有名氣。
十四歲時參加歌唱比賽，奪得冠軍，成為名副其實的童星。
十七歲時，以一首《頌歌》(Anthem)坐上挪威歌曲大獎賽冠軍寶座，並代表挪威參加當年歐洲歌曲大獎賽名列第六。
此後，經常在挪威各地巡迴演出，並出版了多張光碟。
在人口只有四百五十萬的挪威，銷量竟達百萬。
成為挪威的著名歌手。
正當他的演唱生涯如日中天時，2006年9月底，
因勞累過度、心力衰竭，在他的公寓內驟然辭世，年僅三十。
他的絕唱專輯《Stronger》在他辭世一年後出版發行。
