“改善您的生活品質”是IQNet一貫的宗旨和目標。IQNet致力於通過各種可行、適宜的措施推動、支持其成員機構推進質量管理，特別是對各個成員機構頒發的證書在所有成員範圍內予以承認。
IQNet是世界一流認證機構的聯盟組織，目前擁有來自33個國家和地區的37個正式成員和副成員，它們分別來自亞洲的中國、中國香港、馬來西亞、日本、韓國、以色列，大洋洲的澳大利亞，歐洲的西班牙、法國、葡萄牙、比利時、義大利、捷克共和國、德國、丹麥、希臘、匈牙利、挪威、愛爾蘭、奧地利、波蘭、芬蘭、斯洛維尼亞、瑞士、羅馬尼亞、俄羅斯、克羅地亞、塞爾維亞和門的內哥羅和美洲的加拿大、墨西哥、巴西、阿根廷、委內瑞拉、哥倫比亞。這些成員機構在世界範圍內擁有200多家分支機構。
IQNet組織機構包括：全體大會、理事會、常務委員會。其中，常務委員會包括：方針和政策常務委員會、開發和發展常務委員會、協調和最佳實踐常務委員會、同行評審與資格常務委員會。
作為認證機構的代表，IQNet是許多國際組織的成員代表和觀察員。這些組織包括IAF、EA、ISO/CASCO、ISO/TC176、ISO/TC207、QuEST Forum、EFQM、CIES、GFSI等。IQNet積極參與這些組織開展的各項活動。
IQNet成員機構至少為150個國家的200,000家公司/企業提供了認證；IQNet總計擁有10,000名審核員和5,000名技術專家，審核使用語言達30種。與全球其他600多家認證機構相比，IQNet占有30%的市場份額，在個別關鍵性認證領域的市場占有率高達90%。
2001年9月27日，中國質量認證中心（CQC）成為IQNet正式成員機構。CQC積極參與IQNet的各項工作，參加IQNet歷屆全體成員大會、A6會議，履行成員機構的各項義務和職責，並與各成員夥伴保持著緊密的聯繫。同時在各個領域深入開展合作，包括組織與成員機構的換證、開展聯合審核、委託審核以及出具同等效力聲明；與成員機構的信息溝通、經驗交流、技術交流、培訓教材的共享等等。同時向國際認證同行宣傳了CQC和中國認證機構在各領域開展認證活動的現狀、經驗和方向，展示了中國認證行業迅猛發展的實力。
IQNet
The full name of IQNet is IQNet Association-The International Certification Network. At present IQNet partners include 37 certification organizations of 33 countries and regions. The aim of IQNet is to recognize and promote certificates issued by IQNet partners, to meet customer needs by offering innovative, value-adding services, and to provide assessment and certification services to global customers on a worldwide basis.
