當它被執行時，首先自行解碼，而後做如下動作：
1.創建下列檔案：

%System%\Fwtwih.vbs

注: %System% 一般為 C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me),
C:\Winnt\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

一般為 C:\Windows\TEMP (Windows 95/98/Me), or
C:\WINNT\Temp (Windows NT/2000),
or C:\Document and Settings\<UserName>\Local Settings\Temp (Windows XP).

2.在註冊表 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run 下添加 "flps"="%system%\flps.vbs" "tasksys"="%system%\tasksys.vbs" 鍵值
3.試圖在區域網路里傳播，將自身以 Message.vbs 檔案拷貝到映射驅動器下的所有資料夾里。
4.修改mIRC 的 Script.ini 檔案，使蠕蟲能自動傳送病毒副本到每一個用戶。
5.如果有機會，病毒會每隔20分鐘複製自身一次，並保存到硬碟。
6.病毒會從windows 地址簿里首先選擇100個嘗試傳送，郵件內容一般為系統退信如下：
主題： Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
正文：This message was create automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or
more of its recipients [see above from address].
This is a permanent error. A copy of the message,
include all the headers, is attached.
