HE OUTTA BE COMMITTED is an impressionistic study of a character(Jeremy) who bounces from woman to woman, painkiller to painkiller, and therapist to therapist. It is told in a non-linear fashion in order to fully immerse one into Jeremy's insane and desperate lifestyle. The film is at once comedic and tragic.
