劇情介紹：

黃金眼是蘇聯研製的用於發射電磁波破壞對方電子系統的攻擊性衛星。與007一塊出生入死的朋友艾里剋死後突然復出，奪取了黃金眼，並密謀從倫敦銀行電腦中轉出巨款，然後利用黃金眼毀滅證據，007深入基地，並炸毀基地。

此次冒險行動中，邦德必須尋找在蘇聯被劫走的黃金眼，那是一種帶有電磁波的武器，是被一位叛變的蘇聯將軍所偷。這項任務背後，最複雜的是邦德發現製造這次陰謀的歹徒是他的一位舊識及同僚，他是英國籍的探員006，他計畫使用這項武器引起全球金融的瓦解，藉此增加財富。同時，邦德遇見美艷女郎的西娜·奧納托，她是一位變態的歹徒，並用盡一切方法對付007。另一位新進的邦德女郎是娜塔麗婭，她協助邦德打敗006。
