《Free Spirit》是愛爾蘭雙胞胎組合Jedward首張創作專輯，即第四張專輯中與大家見面的首支單曲，於2014年5月17日發行。歌曲寫給他們的冬粉，鼓勵大家追尋那份相信自我，自由進取的精神。
歌曲在加拿大iTunes單曲榜獲得第二名。
歌曲在中國音悅台V Chart獲得TOP10第七名，愛爾蘭共和國單曲榜31名，新加坡單曲榜第3名，澳大利亞Six at six單曲榜投票第1名，德國《Ppocorn》雜誌最佳單曲周榜第1名。

創作背景
在JEDWARDTV(他們的官方Youtube頻道)的一個視頻中，Edward和大家分享了他們創作這首歌想法。“我們寫這首歌的主旨就是想鼓舞激勵大家，想對那些投身於自己信念，正能量滿滿，傳遞快樂給大家的人們說，你們是自由精靈。無論身處何處，只要你願意，就可以做一個自由精神的人。我覺得我們的冬粉會對我們說：哇John和Edward，這首歌代表了我的內心。”
美國花樣滑冰選手Gracie Gold
美國花樣滑冰選手Gracie GoldJohn和Edward在此前的採訪中談到，他們這首歌的靈感來自於一位叫做Gracie Gold的花樣滑冰選手，在14年的索契冬奧會上，他們看到了這個女孩的比賽，頓時產生了“這個女孩是一個自由精靈”的靈感（即歌詞: That girl's a free spirit）。Gracie得知後也發推表示很榮幸能成為這首歌的創作靈感“It's such an honor to have inspired @planetjedward's new song, "Free Spirit"! You guys are amazing!”。

歌曲的歌詞MV發行於14.05.05，正式音樂錄影帶於發行14.07.03，再次由兩人自行拍攝製作，采景於愛爾蘭Wicklow國家公園與義大利羅馬競技場，首次嘗試了清新文藝路線，整支MV充分體現了對美的捕捉：美麗的風景，美貌的容顏，詮釋讚美那份自信、灑脫、樂觀、進取的精神。
