An Expressionistic drama about Man's destructive force and the moral crisis in precipitates. Selma Kaiser dupes tycoon Boles Harvie into giving her his gas factory, which she opens like Pandora's Box to unleash chemichal weaponry upon the workers of the world. Only the Medea-like wrath of Harvie's betrayed wife can restore order to the capitalist system.
