魏琮霏經常為輕遊戲鋼琴塊2的作曲，並於16年年底開始準備2017年2月的情人節版本所需的原創歌曲。
有一天晚上，他去朋友家與其一同探索音樂。琮霏唱歌，朋友伴奏，變有了靈感，創作出了Falling Falling的和聲。
兩三天后，當琮霏開車回家的時候，一段旋律突然冒了出來。他停下了車，立即拿出手機記下來這段旋律。至此，整首歌曲就創作了出來。
