名稱由來
其名字源於英國的喜劇《The Office》。一次NME網的採訪中，樂隊成員Dan Coop（合成器）解釋道：“大家都認為我們的名字是表達什麼東西，其實是引用劇集《the office》里David Brent 的一句台詞。當我和James Rushent一起，第一次寫歌時，我們決定把歌放到myspace上。我們要註冊一個名字，於是（想）就在電視裡聽到的第一句話作為名字。我們打開電視，聽到的是Ricky Gervais說道“Does it offend you, yeah? My drinking?”於是就這樣。我們沒想其他什麼東西。”
