Diversity的創立是為了促進寧波諾丁漢大學乃至寧波地區對於少數群體的包容與關懷；擺脫種族，性取向，地域，社會階層，宗教等因素的影響。團隊希望可以為學生和老師們提供一個寬鬆，自由，舒適，平等友善的空間。

MISSION | 宗旨

Diversity aims at creating a diverse and respectful campus environment, free from discrimination and inclusive of all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

創建多元平等的校園環境，讓同學們遠離因性取向及性別身份認同不同而造成的歧視及不平等現象。

OBJECTIVES | 目標

· Increase awareness and understanding about sexual and gender diversity.

提高對性及其差異性的認識與了解。

· Include and connect marginalized groups in the society.

包容與連繫邊緣化的社會群體。

· Establish a small-scale peer-support network.

建立小規模的同齡人互持聯絡網。

· Provide information and resources to all students about welfare, wellbeing and sexual health.

為全體學生提供關於性健康，社會及個人福利的信息和資源。

· Collaborate with university professors conducting research on gender, sexuality, and diversity.

聯合大學教授開展關於性行為及性取向多元等問題的學術研究。

· Provide educational opportunities to students, staff, and campus community regarding issues concerning sexual and gender diversity.

為校內老師，學生及各類團體提供關於性及性別多元的學習。
