《Dig!!! Lazarus Dig!!!》無疑是粗線條的，專輯整體的曲風更接近於去年Grinderman推出的那張《Grinderman》，但其中也不乏像《Jesus Of The Moon》這樣個別動聽的慢歌 。由於專輯中涉及到聖經的部分內容，因此有些歌詞理解起來還是有相當難度的。
