Common Courtesy

Common Courtesy是美國金屬核/流行朋克樂隊A Day to Remember第五張錄音室專輯。專輯中的歌曲在2011年中期就已經寫好，錄製從2012年早期開始，一直到2013年3月，同時專輯的混音也在那時候完成。

在那期間，單曲"Violence (Enough is Enough)"的一個未混音版本於2012年12月在樂隊網站提供了試聽。在2013年3月，樂隊開始進入到Right Back at it Again巡演，並在每場演出表演了新歌"Right Back at it Again"。

從8月中旬到9月下旬，樂隊都在發布網路短片以搭賣專輯。從2013年9月開始後的一個多月時間裡，樂隊開始了名為House Party的巡演，並表演了另外一首出現在專輯中的新歌，"Dead & Buried"。

2011年12月，也就是專輯開始錄製前的幾個月，樂隊和他們的唱片公司Victory之間開始了訴訟，該訴訟有部分在專輯發行前幾天達成解決。這次訴訟使得樂隊能夠在2013年10月8日自主發行他們首張數字專輯，並在2013年11月25日發行了包含3首附加曲目的實體專輯。單曲"The Document Speaks for Itself"就是關於樂隊與Victory間的訴訟。

Common Courtesy在英國排名34，在美國排名37，並總體上獲得了好評。單曲"Right Back at it Again"在美國的Alternative Songs榜單上排名33，在Mainstream Rock Songs榜單上名列第40。

該專輯在發行後的前兩周時間裡賣出了85萬張。
