與賽琳娜之前的音樂作品相比，《Come & Get It》在風格上有著明顯的變化。諸如，歌曲中大量使用了帶有科技感的流行電音和獨具特色的世界音樂，而後者也是賽琳娜之前音樂作品中從未有過的音樂風格。這首歌以寶萊塢式的音樂片段開場，歌曲音譜以G小調為主，擁有每分鐘80次的音樂節奏以及重打擊樂類型的鼓點節拍，賽琳娜的音域必須從F3橫跨至D 5，歌曲的抒情部分設有一段逐漸迴響的低音貝斯以及電子音樂。
