項目摘要
CKLFSF是我室首次報導的一個新基因家族,在人類,該家族包括9個基因,即:CKLF和CKLFSF1-8。CKLFSF5是該家族成員之一,存在6種剪下體CKLFSF5-V1-V6。其中CKLFSF5-V1是在正常前列腺組織中高表達的主要形式,而在前列腺癌(31例標本)和前列腺癌傳代細胞系PC-3細胞中,CKLFSF5-v1的表達水平明顯下調,表達量與腫瘤的惡性程度成負相關。CKLFSF5-v1能抑
