歌手簡介

叱咋當今西洋娛樂界、身兼歌唱選秀節目評審的Simon Cowell，自設Syco品牌，陸續打造多位選秀參賽者揚名國際。2012年首創先例，發行首位非歌唱比賽出生的藝人Labrinth，才華洋溢的排行表現，更在專輯發行前即入選HMV的“Next Big Thing”。

來自倫敦，本名Timothy McKenzie的Labrinth，成長於音樂世家，從小吸收大量美式福音歌曲，也在求學期間深深著迷音樂的魅力。15歲，擔任製作人的大哥Mac.1，引薦Labrinth到他的錄音室中玩玩音樂，也開起他的音樂生涯；2009年獻出處女秀，於BBC的“Sound Of 2009”名單之Master Shortie好評專輯《A.D.H.D.》中擔綱製作〈Dead End〉，引起各界推崇。接下來，受邀操刀嘻哈歌手Tinie Tempah的首支單曲〈Pass Out〉，不僅蟬聯英國金榜雙周冠軍，大破60萬張的驚人銷量，更讓Tinie一舉抱回全英音樂“最佳新人”和“最佳單曲”兩大獎座肯定。人氣爆紅的Labrinth，引發各家唱片公司旗下藝人排隊等候單曲製作，Simon Cowell更直接簽下，成為自設Syco品牌旗下，首簽非歌唱比賽出生的耀眼新秀。
