ACS是法國衛生認證機構，全名是（Academia constiintei de sine），主要根據AFNOR（Association Francaise de Normalisation）發布的標準（比如XP P41-251）進行水暖器材類產品的檢測。目前在巴黎和里爾設有相關實驗室。

AFNOR對金屬玻璃和陶瓷等製品及材料制定了相應的安全衛生標準。其中毒性測試用於檢測材料和製品置於水中是否析離出重金屬，軟化劑和穩定劑等物質，有機物測試用於檢測影響材料的特性，包括製品接觸飲用水後，水質的口感，氣味和顏色等指標；材料性能檢測材料的機械性能。
