2012年《金融時報》全球EMBA排名簡介

2012年10月15日，英國《金融時報》(FT)發布2012年全球EMBA(高層管理人員工商管理碩士)項目排名，全中文的復旦大學EMBA項目名列EMBA百強榜單第35名，在全球全中文EMBA項目中位居第一，開創了以全中文項目參加此項排名並獲得最佳名次的先例。同樣進入百強的還有，中歐國際工商學院EMBA，作為中國乃至亞洲唯一一個非合作的獨立項目，首次進入全球前十，排名躍至第7名。

《金融時報》一年一度發布的全球EMBA百強榜單一直受到社會各界的關注。該項排名基於客觀考察和詳實數據，圍繞學生職業發展、學院多元化及研究能力等方面，對各商學院EMBA項目進行全面評價。

香港科技大學的凱洛格—科大EMBA課程再次排名世界第一，這是該項目連續4年摘冠。凱洛格—科大EMBA課程由香港科技大學工商管理學院(科大商學院)與美國西北大學凱洛格(Kellogg)管理學院合辦。自2005年起，課程連續8年穩占該排名榜前三位，並於2007年、2009年、2010年、2011年和2012年5次登上榜首。該EMBA課程畢業生在畢業三年後平均年薪達465774美元，較報讀EMBA前上升42%。這個平均年薪為百強榜中最高。

清華EMBA國際項目名列全球第四，中國內地第一。這是清華該項目首次參與這一排名。該評選獨立考察項目畢業生的當前薪資、研究成果、薪資增長幅度、女學生和女教師的比例、國際課程、外籍教師比例等20多項指標，並綜合得出排名。清華EMBA國際項目取得全球第四主要因為在多項指標中取得優異成績，如過去三年畢業的博士人數全球第一，工作經驗評級全球第三，國際化課程經驗全球第四。

復旦大學管理學院參加2012年《金融時報》全球EMBA項目排名的三個項目分別是：復旦大學-華盛頓大學EMBA項目、復旦大學EMBA項目、復旦大學-香港大學IMBA項目。其中復旦大學-華盛頓EMBA項目今年位列全球第九，該項目自2006年參加FT排名以來，已經連續七年位居全球20強，七年平均排名位列中國大陸第一；全中文的復旦大學EMBA項目今年首次參加排名，位列35名，也是全球中文EMBA項目第一名；復旦大學-香港大學EMBA項目今年首次參加排名，位居54位，也是全球非全日制(parttime)MBA項目的第六位。

歷年來，《金融時報》EMBA百強榜基本被美國、歐洲商學院所壟斷，亞洲的新加坡、中國香港地區雖也有少數EMBA項目名列其中，但清一色都是英文項目占主導，中文EM-BA項目鮮有問津。今年復旦EMBA項目首次參與排名並問鼎榜單前35名、全中文項目第1名，不僅印證了復旦自身在EM-BA教育領域的實力，同時也預示著起步雖晚但發展迅速的中國EMBA教育正逐漸走上國際舞台，成為崛起於世界商學教育中的一股新興力量。
