項目摘要
目前鐵基超導體主要由物理學家圍繞新材料和新製備來研究其物性與超導機理,然而1111複雜體系的摻雜缺陷-超導性能的關係仍不清楚。完全有必要從固體化學家的角度,通過化學反應過程、化學組成分布、晶體結構與微結構的研究,深入研究超導機理。本課題擬圍繞1111體系雙摻雜鐵基超導體的結構設計、製備、性質和結構研究開展系統工作。選取離子半徑與稀土離子相差較大的陽離子與氟離子配對,固相反應製備1111體系超導體。擴大載流子濃度範圍和所引起的結構畸變的程度,使載流子濃度、結構參數對電磁性質的影響趨勢更加顯著。利用電子顯微分析技術並結合XRD和XPS等手段,研究反應過程中基本結構參數的變化趨勢,元素價態與化學鍵狀態,研究晶界、相界內的摻雜原子的分布,缺陷區/無缺陷區的分布等局域結構特點。力求在原子解析度層次對超導體的固相反應過程的基本問題給出可靠的實驗結果,力求最佳化合成條件來提高其超導性質。
