研究方向
感知外周環境的變化並對這些變化做出正確的反應是生命有機體賴以生存的基本。在神經系統的感知生物學領域,本實驗室主要關注兩個重要的科學問題:(1)感知外周環境的各種變化所對應的一系列蛋白質受體,例如光受體和溫度受體,即:感受輸入機理;(2)傳導各種感知所需要的信號通路基因與其對應功能,即:功能輸出機理
科研成果
以第一作者身份,在Cell (2016)發表有關新型紫外光受體蛋白的吸收光機理,此工作被同期Science頭條評論並給予高度評價;
以第一作者身份,在Cell (2019)發表關於冷感受的作用機制,這是首次發現並闡明低溫感受的受體蛋白工作原理;以共同第一作者身份,在Science Advances、Genes and Development和 Cell Reports國際著名學術期刊上發表高水平研究論文3篇;
以共同作者身份在Cell、Molecular Cell、Nature Medicine、Nature Communications和Current Biology發表論文7篇。2018年被評為湖北省“楚天學者”。
