研究方向
魚類發育和遺傳育種。
1、 鮃鰈魚在發育的過程中有一個特殊的變態過程,由兩隻眼睛在頭骨中線的兩側轉到同一側,形成有眼側和盲側,本課題組對這個變態過程的調控機理進行研究;
2、 海水魚類的轉基因長期以來一直是海水魚類基因功能研究的重點,本課題組通過用顯微注射技術、精子介導等轉基因方法進行嘗試,以期建立海水魚類轉基因體系。
