黃芝瑛,男,1988年6月畢業於暨南大學醫學院毒理專業,獲醫學碩士學位,此後一直在廣州市醫藥工業研究所從事新藥安全評價研究及GLP工作,任副所長、國家廣州新藥安全評價研究重點實驗室主任。2005年10月,中山大學以“百人計畫”人才引進為藥學院研究員、博士生導師。

人物經歷
1988年6月起,在廣州市醫藥工業研究所從事新藥的臨床前安全性評價研究工作,參與我國GLP工作的全過程,包括我國GLP規範的起草、修訂、建設和運營管理GLP實驗室、GLP實驗室的認證檢查、推廣和培訓GLP知識,為我國的GLP工作作出了積極的貢獻。2005年10月,中山大學以“百人計畫”人才引進為藥學院研究員、博士生導師。
教授課程
本科:藥物毒理學、藥物不良反應。研究生:藥事法規與新藥註冊、新藥研製原理與技術、藥物毒理學進展、藥物安全評價與GLP。
社會兼職
現為中山大學藥學院藥物安全評價中心主任,國家食品藥品監督管理局新藥及保健食品評審諮詢專家,國家發改委藥品價格評估專家,中國藥學會套用藥理專業委員會委員,中國毒理學會藥物安全評價專業委員會委員,廣東省藥理學會常務理事、藥物毒理專委會主任委員。

從1997年9月起,作為主要負責人承擔“國家九五攻關項目--籌建國家(廣州)新藥安全評價研究重點實驗室”,並於2000年10月通過國家的驗收,成為國內首批“1035工程”中幾個從事新藥安全評價研究機構之一。從2002年7月起,主持“十五國家重點專項-創新藥物與中藥現代化”專項中“臨床前安全評價關鍵技術及平台研究”的工作(課題編號:2002AA2Z342H和2004AA2Z3777)。2005年10月通過國家科技部的驗收。2008年起,作為課題第二負責人承擔科技部“十一五”國家科技支撐計畫重點項目藥用新輔料臨床前安全性評價及藥品與包裝材料的相容性安全研究(2008BAI55B03),2011年4月通過驗收。國家自然科學基金面上項目:雷公藤甲素影響線粒體通透性轉化孔的調控致心肌細胞毒性的機制研究 。81473416。2014-18。國家自然科學基金面上項目:雷公藤甲素影響線粒體脂肪酸β-氧化致睪丸支持細胞毒性的機制研究。81773992。2018-2021。廣東省2016-18科技套用專項“符合GLP規範的新藥安全評價技術創新研究與能力提升”( 2016B020237003)
