摘要 | 程海位於雲南省 永勝縣境內, 原系金沙江水系. 由於周圍森林遭受破壞, 300年前就無水流入金沙江, 湖面縮小, 湖水阻逐漸鹽鹼 化, 含鹽為0.014%, pH達9.我們在進行雲南高原湖泊水生 放線菌研究的過程中, 從程海分離到6株小四孢菌, 用國 內外通用的方法進行鑑定, 認為其中的5株是一個新種,命 名為黃玫瑰小四孢菌 (Microtetraspora flavorosea sp. nov. Jiang et Xu). 本文從形態特徵, 細胞壁化學組成, 培育特徵, 生理生化特徵等方面進行了描述. |
Abstract | Two new species (type strain SH-121 and SH-4) of hygroscopicus group of Streptomyces, isolated form soil of Fangxian, province Hubei of China,were found to produce antibiotics which are effective in preventing and controlling the citrus in preventing and controlling the citrusdiseases during storage caused by Penicillium italicum, Penicillium digitatum, Alternaria citri and Geotrichum candidum. Strain SH-121:Spore-chain morphology belongs to section Retinaculum-Aper-tum (RA). Spore surface is smooth. In comparison with all the known speciesof Streptomyces, the strain SH-121 seems to resmeble Streptomyces hygroscopicus f. glebosus Ohmori et al., However, it has significantdifferences from the above organism in the following aspects: the color of substrate mycelium on the synthetic media and natural organic media,physiological properties, utilization of carbon sourcessources and the production of antibiotics.As a result of the above mentioned characteristics,the designated as Streptomyces carneohygroscopicus n. sp. Strain SH-4 Spore-chain morphology belongs to section spirales with the tightly spiral tail, which lkes sporangium.Spore surface is smooth. There are masses of spores surface is smooth. There are masses of spores enclosed by mucous substancein the middle or on te top of spore-chain. This strain has been found to belong to the hygroscopic group of Streptomyces, but differsfrom all known species of the group. It is considered as a new species and designated as Streptomyces glomeroplatensis n. sp. |
