黃德青 ：男，西南交通大學教授，1980年4月生。2002年畢業於四川大學數學學院數學專業， 學士；2007年畢業於四川大學數學學院套用數學專業，理學博士； 2011年畢業於新加坡國立大學電氣與計算機工程系控制理論及控制工程專業，工學博士； 2010-2013年，新加坡國立大學，博士後 (Research Fellow)；2013-2016年，英國倫敦帝國理工學院航空系， 博士後 (Research Associate)；2016年1月加入西南交通大學電氣工程學院，教授，電子信息工程系主任。
