個人簡歷

2014年畢業於北京師範大學,獲生物學碩士學位。同年由國家留學基金委(CSC)公派,前往瑞典隆德大學學習,期間主要從事寄生蟲與宿主的相互關係及協同演化方向的研究,2018年獲生物學類哲學博士學位。以主要參與人完成瑞典國家理事會(VR)項目1項,以第一作者在Molecular Ecology,International Journal for Parasitology等國際學術期刊發表SCI文章多篇,2019年初就職於北京師範大學生態學研究所。

主要研究內容

以鳥類瘧原蟲等血液寄生蟲及其宿主為模式系統,研究寄生蟲和宿主的相互關係及演化機制。
1. 寄生蟲的宿主專一性及感染模式。以能感染多種宿主的寄生蟲,即泛性寄生蟲為研究對象,套用二代測序和實時螢光定量PCR方法研究鳥類血液寄生蟲的宿主組成和對不同宿主適應性的差異。
2. 寄生蟲的物種形成和宿主專一性演化機制。基於多基因測序和數字式微滴PCR方法構建鳥類血液寄生蟲的系統發生結構,結合比較系統發育學方法探究寄生蟲與宿主的協同演化機制。
