研究方向
植物親和性的調控在生產上具有重要的套用價值。我們目前主要關注十字花科作物(白菜、甘藍、蘿蔔等)自交不親和、遠緣雜交不親和的分子機理,綜合運用分子、細胞、遺傳、生化和植物生理學的手段解析細胞壁和激素信號在植物親和/不親和反應中扮演的角色。通過基礎研究剖析親和性變化的分子本質,在分子層面上探明可能的影響因素,為創造性的解決目前育種和制種產業面臨的瓶頸問題提供新的思路和手段。
講授課程
曾講授本科生“細胞生物學”課程和研究生“細胞生物學實驗”,現講授本科生“蔬菜良種繁育學”、研究生“現代園藝植物遺傳育種進展”和“蔬菜種質資源學”部分章節。
