製作原料

主料:鮑魚150克
輔料:鹿茸20克,枸杞子40克,棗(乾)40克

製作步驟

1. 大鮑魚1隻去殼,去掉污穢,用水洗淨。
2. 洗淨的鮑魚切成片狀。
3. 鹿茸片和杞子用水漂洗。
4. 生薑和紅棗用水洗淨。
5. 生薑去皮,切2片。
6. 紅棗去核。
7. 將全部材料放入燉盅內,加入涼開水,蓋上蓋。
8. 放入鍋內,隔水燉4小時。
9. 加入細鹽調味,即可飲用。

注意事項

1. 此燉品可補血強身、益精明目。日常用此燉品佐膳,可補益身體,但補而不燥,可以防止視力早衰。
2. 患血氣不足、肝腎虧損、頭暈眼花精神疲乏,婦女月經不調,都可用此燉品作食療。
食物相剋:
鮑魚:鮑魚忌與雞肉、野豬肉牛肝同食。
