主料
100克 黃咖喱 配料
200克 鮮蘑菇
100克 胡蘿蔔
30克 尖椒
40克 椰子粉
適量 花生油
少許 料酒
少許 鹽
處理好的雞胸脯肉
熬制好的高湯
微辣黃咖喱
準備好的椰子粉
改刀過的尖椒段+新鮮蘑菇+胡蘿蔔粒
適量花生油+料酒,翻炒雞肉,撈起;
適量花生油+尖椒段+新鮮蘑菇+胡蘿蔔粒+鹽,炒香;
將炒好雞肉及做好蔬菜依次放入高湯內,加入至沸騰;
再加入黃咖喱塊及椰子粉,攪拌均勻至濃稠;
