摘要 | 作者與福建省微生物研究所合作, 在從 海洋放線菌篩選產生新抗生素菌株的過程中, 自福建省廈 門市鼓浪嶼附近的海底泥樣中, 分離到一株產生新氨基環 醇類抗生素的鏈黴菌,編號8510. 經形態, 培養特徵, 生 理特性, 碳源利用, 抗菌活性等進行研究, 鑑定為魯特格 斯鏈黴菌的一個新亞種.命名為魯特格斯鏈黴菌鼓浪嶼亞 種 (Streptomyces rutgersensis subsp. gulangyuensis n. subsp. Zhang, Yan & Su.). |
Abstract | Sixteen strains of extremely thermophilic bacteria belonging to the genus Bacillus isolated from hot springs (pH 3.0-5.0, 85-96'C)of Tengchong. It was identified that ten strains among sixteen strains to be Bacillus stearothermophilus, two strains to beBacillus thermocoagulans sp. nov., another four strains to be Bacillus spp. |
