醫生簡介

魏皎，女，博士研究生，畢業於上海交通大學，臨床工作，專業方向為鼻部整形，尤其在各類美容及修復鼻整形、唇裂鼻畸形的序列性修復治療有較深造詣。首次總結並制定了亞洲人短鼻畸形的分類及治療方法，完善了多種先天及後天性鼻畸形的修復策略、鼻再造的治療原則及理念。總結了臨床上常見美容及修復鼻整形的方法及經驗，並在該領域的世界高水平雜誌發表近20篇文章，獲得了廣大同行專家的認可；專業特長為超顯微外科在體表器官再造的套用，為國際上精通超顯微修復重建的少數幾位醫生之一。

教學方面

每年帶教研究生、進修醫生數十人。同時注重國內外交流，積極參與各類學術會議，並在大會發言，獲得一致好評。作為協會秘書長身份，參與籌備上海鼻整形學會及中國整形美容協會精準與數字學會鼻整形分會。

科研方面

在脂肪組織移植及骨、軟骨、關節再生等方面研究深入，並將其套用於臨床研究中。已發表SCI論文十餘篇，主持並參與國家自然科學基金2項、國家重大專項1項、國家支撐計畫1項等。在工作中將科研結果轉化到臨床，該部分研究成果在再生醫學領域處於世界首創且國際領先水平。此部分結果有望在國際頂尖雜誌發表更多文章。
