研究領域：
真核基因組編輯及高通量功能基因組學，疾病與感染的分子機制。
研究方向：
著重發展和套用基因組編輯技術，涵蓋編碼及非編碼序列的高通量功能基因組學、生物動態光學成像及 精準醫療。在此基礎上，特別關注宿主細胞參與病原微生物感染的分子機制，為發展宿主導向的治療手段提供新的藥物靶點和思路。
