高陳強,重慶長壽區人,教授,博導,信號與信息處理重慶市重點實驗室主任,重慶郵電大學人才工作辦公室副主任,重慶郵電大學智慧型多媒體處理研究中心負責人,視覺與學習青年學者研討會(VALSE)資深領域主席。
先後發表學術論文80餘篇,包括TIP、TMM、TGRS等國際權威期刊論文和CVPR、ECCV、AAAI、ACM MM等國際頂級學術會議論文,CCCV會議最佳論文提名獎1篇,申請發明專利30餘項,軟體著作權7項。作為主持人主持國家重點研發課題1項,國家自然科學基金3項、教育部人工智慧戰略項目子課題1項、重慶市自然科學基金3項、企業橫向項目10餘項,合作企業包括日本電話電報公司(NTT)、行業知名上市公司,以及航天研究院所,研究成果廣泛套用重慶、四川、內蒙、河南等十多個省市,產生社會經濟效益上千萬。以第一完成人獲2021年度重慶市自然科學二等獎。
