弗洛伊徳·比姆斯（Floyd A. Beams） 維吉尼亞理工大學教授。在《會計評論》《管理會計》等期刊上發表多篇文章。是美國會計協會和管理會計師協會的成員，並在這兩個組織的委員會任職。獲全美會計協會萊布蘭德銅質獎、維吉尼亞註冊會計師協會頒發的“傑出會計人物獎”、管理會計協會卡門·G.布羅學生分會頒發的“維吉尼亞傑出會計教育獎”。
改編者簡介
毛新述 中國人民大學會計學博士頁刪愉，北京工商大學商學院黨委書記、教授、博士生導師。入選財政部全國會計領軍（後備）人才和北京市長城學者培養計畫。兼任財政部第一屆企業會計準則諮詢委員會諮詢委員、中國會計學會企業會計準則專業委員會委員等。致力於會計準則、公司治理和國企改革等方面的研究，先後在《經濟研究槳祖微》《管理世界》《會計研究》等核心刊物上發表論文20餘篇。主持***和省部級科研項目多項。曾多次獲財政部、中國會計學會優秀論文獎，楊紀琬會計學獎。主要承擔中級財務會計、高級財務會計、財務會計理論和實務等課程的教學工作。
張 路 北京大學光華管理學院管理學博士，北京工商大學商學院會計系講師，碩士生導師，MPAcc中心執行主任。入選財政部全國會計領軍人背影市才（後備）人才培養計畫。主講高級財務會計等課戶詢槓程，參與和主持多項***和省部級科研項目，在《會計研究》《金融研究》等期刊上發表多篇論文。
